Women's Health Science
That Moves You

I deliver powerful, evidence-based keynotes, webinars, workshops, clinician education, and retreat programs on menopause, women’s health across the lifespan, lifestyle medicine, survivorship, and healthy aging. I pair rigorous science with human stories and practical next steps so audiences leave with more than information: they leave with clarity, connection, and a way forward.

INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER

I Don't Speak to Fill an Hour. I Speak to Help Something Shift.

A woman may finally find language for what she is experiencing. A clinician may see a safer, more useful way to begin the conversation. An
organization may recognize the system it needs to build. The goal is not inspiration that fades by Monday. It is clarity, connection, and a next step people can carry with them.

Evidence matters. So does the life a woman has to fit it into.

One Mission. Two Distinct Audience Experiences.

The same science should not sound the same in every room. I shape the language, evidence depth, stories, interaction, and takeaways for the people I am there to serve.

For women and public audiences

Warm, clear, and honest conversations that help women understand their bodies, evaluate options and health claims, feel less alone, and identify realistic next steps – without shame, blame, fear, or miracle promises.

Best for: Women’s conferences and organizations, community events, workplaces, universities, nonprofits, and retreats

For clinicians and health professionals

Evidence-rich, clinically grounded education that distinguishes guideline-supported care from uncertainty and hype, then translates knowledge into clinical reasoning, communication, workflows, and practical care.

Best for: CME, grand rounds, professional societies, health systems, medical schools, and interdisciplinary teams

Powerful in the Moment. Useful

After the Applause

Whether I am speaking to thousands of peoples , I want the experience to feel personal, credible, and worth carrying forward.

Evidence Without Hype

Clear distinctions between what is established, promising, uncertain, or commercially exaggerated.

Stories That Make the Science Matter

Human experience used with purpose – to create understanding, connection, and a reason to care.

Practical Next Steps

A focused set of actions, questions, or design choices people can use after the event.

Women's Wellness Where People

Live, Work, and Gather.

Some audiences need a concise keynote. Others benefit from a conversation that unfolds across a workshop, leadership session, or immersive experience.

Worksite Wellness

Evidence-based programs can address menopause at work, energy, sleep, stress, strength, healthy aging, caregiving, and sustainable behavior change. Programs can be designed for employees, leaders, benefits teams, clinicians, or mixed audiences – in person or online.

Possible formats: Keynote, webinar, workshop, leadership briefing, panel, or multi-session series

Destination Retreats and Immersions

Retreat settings create space for deeper learning, reflection, movement, conversation, and action planning. My experience includes repeat guest-expert appearances and immersion leadership at Canyon Ranch, along with destination and international retreat programs.

Possible formats: Opening keynote, daily teaching, interactive session, facilitated discussion, or multi-day immersion

From a Major Keynote to a Small-group Conversation.

I am equally comfortable delivering a high-energy keynote to a large international audience, facilitating an intimate conversation, teaching clinicians in a CME setting, or guiding an immersive retreat. I adjust pacing, examples, interaction, and depth without losing the core message.

CUSTOMIZATION: Programs can be tailored for length, audience size, public or clinical focus, evidence depth, cultural and regional context, interactivity, learning objectives, accessibility, and organizational goals.
